Highland Park Office records subgroup, 1902-1928 (bulk 1907-1919)

The Highland Park Office records subgroup is comprised of two series: Records Stored in 1919 series, 1902-1923 (16.8 cubic ft.), Acc. 2; and Records Moved to Engineering Laboratory in 1919 series, 1911-1928 (45.6 cubic ft.), Acc. 62 . Overall, the Records Stored in 1919 series consists of materials dating from an earlier period, including the company's founding, and represents a smaller sphere of Henry Ford's non-company activities than the Records Moved to Engineering Laboratory in 1919 series. There is considerable overlap between the two series, however, mainly in the concerns that were ongoing at the time of the transfer of records from Highland Park to the Dearborn Engineering Laboratory.
